Refund Policy

Account creation

Creating a player account is free. There is nothing to refund for account creation itself.

Tournament entry fees

Entry fees are collected securely through Razorpay at the time of registration. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and can take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

When you get a full refund

• The tournament organizer cancels or indefinitely postpones the tournament.
• Your category is cancelled by the organizer due to insufficient entries.
• You were charged in error or charged twice for the same registration.

When you get a partial or no refund

Player-initiated withdrawals are refunded according to our Cancellation Policy. No refund is issued for a no-show, a missed check-in, or disqualification for a breach of the tournament's rules and regulations.

How to request a refund

Contact the tournament desk through the details published on your tournament's page, with your registration details. Eligible refunds are processed back to Razorpay within a few business days of approval.
